A thoughtfully layered interior scheme for a substantial country home set within the New Forest.

This project was approached with a focus on balance, proportion and longevity. Working with a rich, grounded palette, we introduced depth through colour and texture while allowing the architecture and scale of the rooms to lead the design. Bespoke joinery was carefully designed to sit seamlessly within the space, providing practical storage while maintaining a calm, tailored feel.

Soft pattern and upholstery were used to bring warmth and personality, particularly in more intimate areas such as seating and dressing spaces. Window treatments were carefully detailed and layered, framing views out to the surrounding landscape while softening the rooms and adding a sense of quiet luxury.

In the bathrooms, traditional forms and finishes were paired with a restrained colour palette to create spaces that feel elegant yet relaxed. Freestanding pieces, classic chrome fittings and subtle fabric details add character without overwhelming the simplicity of the design.



Throughout the house, each room was considered as part of a wider, cohesive scheme. The result is a home that feels settled, comfortable and timeless, with interiors designed to support everyday living while ageing beautifully over time.
